If you are looking for someone to share a meal with or a healthy and convenient alternative to eating alone...don’t want to cook...make new friends….enjoy conversation...and engage in fun activities and programs… Then you should come join us for a hot lunch and activities at one of Lake County Community Services’ Senior Centers…

 

Center Locations

Lake County Resource Center ~ 1450 E. Joliet St., Crown Point

St. John Township Center ~ 1515 W. US Hwy 30, Schererville

The Senior Center is open Monday thru Friday to all seniors 60 years and older. Play cards, Bingo, have lunch, exercise, and socialize with your neighbors.

While participating with the Senior program, residents can receive transportation to and from the community center for the seniors of St. John Township. With a suggested donation of $2.25 each day, seniors can enjoy a catered hot lunch. Please note, reservations for new clients must be made two days in advance.
